Brian Laundrie search latest – Gabby Petito’s fiance ‘will be caught’ says US Marshal as Dog the Bounty Hunter searches

Attorney Jarred Dunn, from Alabama, explained why he believes that authorities could be holding off on an arrest on a video posted to TikTok on Wednesday.

According to Dunn’s theory, authorities are waiting to apprehend Brian because they do not have enough evidence to charge him with the murder of his fiancé Gabby Petito.

“The police do not have enough evidence to convict [Brian] of murder,” he claims. “They went and got fraud charges to try to buy them some time and get the public off of their back.”

Brian is not currently considered a suspect in Gabby’s murder but has been cited as a person of interest. He is wanted on a warrant for alleged bank fraud after running up $1,000 in charges on a debit card that’s believed to have belonged to Gabby.

Dunn continues to say that police charged Brian with bank fraud so they can work on building a murder case in the meantime.

“That’s what they’re trying to do, they’re trying to build a case. They do not want him in custody right now.

“The police [are] not ready to bring him in. If they screw this up — they only get one shot.”
