Who is fighting, what time the action starts and how to watch live

On Saturday October 9, the third fight between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury will take place with the WBC heavyweight title on the line.

The trilogy bout between Fury and Wilder was originally set to take place on Saturday July 24 but was rescheduled for the start of October.

They fought to a disputed draw in their first fight back in 2018, but Fury dominated the rematch and stopped the Bronze Bomber in the seventh round to inflict Wilder’s first career loss, in one of the most impressive performances in boxing history.

In a pre-fight press conference, Fury vowed to dominate the third bout from the outset.

“What I’m going to do to Deontay Wilder this time is I’m going to run him over as if I’m an 18-wheeler and he’s a human being,” said the Briton, who predicted that he would knock Wilder out in fewer than seven rounds.

“I don’t think he’s mentally, physically or emotionally involved in this fight. I think he’s doing it for the wrong reasons and when people do things for the wrong reasons, they always wind up getting hurt.”

The event is scheduled to take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
