The M60 clockwise between Junction 9 and Junction 10 has been cleared road traffic collision.
Greater Manchester Police, Manchester Fire Service crews and paramedics responded to the collision reported late on Friday night (October 15).
A vehicle which caught fire earlier has been moved to a safer location whilst traffic officers attempt to release congestion which has built up on the M60 following the incident.
National Highways North West tweeted at 1.24am: “UPDATE The #M60 clockwise #J9 (#Urmston #B5158#TraffordPark #A5081) to #J10 (#TraffordCentre #TraffordPark” #B5214) Vehicle recovered, all lanes are now open @manchesterfire @OfficialTfGM @manctraffic.”
