BBC Sport pundit Garth Crooks has praised Liverpool defender Joe Gomez for his versatility after his spectacular show at right-back in opposition to Watford.

The Reds’ first-choice right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold was on the bench for the conflict in opposition to the Hornets and remained an unused substitute all through the sport.
